As always, the seminar with Jan was very unusual. We explored old and known techniques from new angels. We were bringing life to aikido as well as to ourselves.

Usually it is not possible to take pictures on Franck Noel’s seminars. This time Czech Federation of Aikido was shooting promo video and few pictures went out.
Practising aikido 24 hours continually is experience which trully tests your physical and mental limits. This year the event was in Košice and there was more than ten people from Prague.
