We made a video. About Aikido and about us. In our video, there are people who practice together. It contains movement, joy, touch, concentration, communication, humanity, playfulness and depth.
Monkey track, dragging, tiptoe and rope walking, wrestling and gentle touches, sword fencing, zombies attack, basic rolls and simple aikido techniques … these are photos from our first trainings this year for children from 5 to 7 years.
We had a chance to take part in an event organized for children from Klokánek Hostivice (home for children in need).
