is a school of the martial art aikido for adults, youth and children.
Considering the amount of our classes, number of students and high level of organized seminars we belong among the most active European aikido clubs.
This year was our 14th summer school in mountains. As usual it was full of exercises (7 days and 6 hours of training every day) and at the same time it was very different in many ways.
7 days and 6 hours of training a day. Training with and without weapons, indoors and outdoors, during day and during night, in keiko-gi and tracksuit. And with food, games, massages, sleep, additional training and exams in between. See the video!
Both children and adults need movement during the quarantine – movement strengthens your immune system and creates shared experiences. So dear parents, if you work from home and have children between 5–8 years old- we offer you inspiration for playful fun. These videos can help you unwind after a long week of work and homeschooling.
Aikido during the coronavirus – how to strengthen your immune system (Not only for martial artists!)
We made a video. About Aikido and about us. In our video, there are people who practice together. It contains movement, joy, touch, concentration, communication, humanity, playfulness and depth.
200 children and 50 adults from 20 clubs and 5 European countries practiced all day in 3 age categories led by 8 teachers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Sweden and France.
Our demonstration at Japanese autumn festival Akimatsuri 2019 in Prague. Vanda, Michal, Pavel, Eliška, Honza a Barborka did a great job, showing practice of adults, youth and children.
