In order for the organization’s examiners to test well (and consistently) for kyu and dan grades, they need to know what and how to test. That is why the Czech Aikido Federation organizes training for examiners.
This training is led by Zdenko Reguli in collaboration with Honza Pertlíček, and because Zdenko is a university lecturer, it is very practical and professional. In addition, it is a great social event where we spend a lot of time together – which is also good for the organization 🙂
