This year’s youth camp was exceptionally held neither in the Slovak Paradise nor in the Jeseníky Mountains, but in our favourite Třešt’. The main content of the whole event was morning training on tatami and afternoon outdoor training with joe, where we developed liveliness, activity and mobility…
One Sunday in June, we did a little work and a little practice in the vineyard of Bogdan Trojak in Zernosky. We really worked hard all day and we knitted less than 4 rows… out of an infinite number of lines.
A great reminder of how much human work is behind every tasty mouthful of food and every good sip of wine.
In June, another company team tried out aikido as well as Japanese sword traning with us, exploring aikido principles and their use in everyday life. In the morning we exercised a lot and after a good lunch we had a bit easier time – because one of the aims for the participants was to rest from their heavy workload.
Aikido nás učí, jak přijmout, využít a zlepšit jakoukoliv situaci a zároveň se u toho něco nového naučit. Jak můžeme toto umění aplikovat na současnou situaci kolem epidemie koronaviru? Jak to udělat tak, že se po všech bezpečnostních opatřeních a tréninkové pauze setkáme v lepší kondici a zdravější než před nimi?
Teď máme příležitost trénovat aikido v každodenním životě.
