Aikido semináře

We hosted the seminar for teachers of Czech Federation of Aikido (CFAI) in our club in February 2017. The seminar was held by the head of technical committee of CFAI Mr. René Novotný, our teacher Martin Švihla
and Jiří Kříž. The topic was training and teaching of dynamic falls. There were more than 40 participating teachers and teacher candidates nd we shared a lot of inspiration as well as perfect training.
