Regular teachers meetings
How do you coordinate a team of ten teachers and ten assistants in one club? Three times a year, we all meet, exercise, and then talk about what’s going on in our groups. And why do they look so serious in that photo? I don’t know, ask them… 🙂
I took these two photos at a meeting in the spring, and I’m posting them here because I usually forget to take photos. So you can see that there is much more going on at Aikido Praha Vinohrady than just training. In order for us to be able to train well, there is a lot of cooperation, learning, brainstorming, discussions, and meetings going on in the background at the dojo. Running the club is actually also aikido, just without the keiko-gi.
