Aikido semináře

On Fri­day 14th Febru­a­ry we went to Ber­lin for a semi­nar for tea­chers of chil­dren and you­th, orga­ni­zed by Ilka and Axel from Kikentai.Berlin.

On Fri­day we had a chan­ce to attend an eve­ning tra­i­ning sessi­on led by Mar­tin Švih­la. The wee­kend was followed by three blocks of inspi­rati­on. The most inte­res­ting for us were Satur­da­y­’s “new games” and “social skills” with Mar­ti­na Loos. In Sun­da­y­’s block “Aiki­do for tee­nagers” Mar­tin sha­red his expe­ri­en­ces from our club.
