Aikido Vinohrady Prague and Aikido Sokol Třešť
invite you for a summer school of aikidó, led by

SCHEDULE:
Daily:
- 10:00–12:30 aikidó training (intensive exercise) – Martin
- 16:00–17:15 aikidó training (weapons and other interesting things) – Martin
- 17:30–18:45 movement exercise to supplement aikidó – Anka (information about this is at the end of the invitation)
- We will train with weapons.
- Training on Wednesday will be ligher and for afternoon there is shiatsu planned.
- On Saturday there will be kyu level examinations.
PRICE:
Students, maternity leave people, whoever asks for the discount:
Whole seminar 900 Kč / One day 150 Kč
Working people:
Whole seminar 1200 Kč / One day 200 Kč
WEAPONS:
Take all of them.
MORE INFORMATION
Seminar takes place in TJ Sokol Třešť in village Třešť near Jihlava. Sleeping in sleeping bag in dojo is included in price. At the sokol there is small kitchen and unlike previous years this time there will be showers too. Near sokol are restaurants too.
Sleeping is also possible in family hotel near there, so you can take your family with you and have a nice holidays.
Other activities are swimming in quarry near there, biliard, table tenis and sometimes even sleep. If you want to see how previous years were then you can check our photos from years and 2010 .

About additional movement exercise and its trainer
Adding this exercise into the seminar should allow us to take a look at our body and our movement from different angle then how we do it daily during aikido. For this we should be rewarded with freer display in aikidó techniques and better feeling from our body in ordinary life.
Anna Cuaner is professional dancer and teacher of dance and movement for adults and kids. She did aikidó for a while too. In the present she studies Body-Mind Centering® and lives a life of free artist.
